I wish you were here

This is my Pantoum called "I wish you were here". I hope that it is good and makes plenty of sense, since I wrote it today !!

I remember the better days,
I couldn’t help but smile.
You gave me a great comfort
As you held me tightly inside your arms

I couldn’t help but smile
At the thought of seeing you again.
As you held me tightly inside your arms,
I quickly fell asleep.

At the thought of seeing you again,
I closed my eyes to dream.
I quickly fell asleep,
Wishing that you were the one next to me.

I closed my eyes to dream,
Holding tightly to my pillow,
Wishing that you were the one next to me,
Remembering how it once was.

Holding tightly to my pillow,
I remember the better days,
Wishing that you were the one next to me,
As you held me tightly inside your arms.
